But the management of the Russian Museum confirmed that the possibility of holding corporate events on the basis of the museum exists. The Marble Palace, which is part of the museum complex (built by order of Catherine II in 1768–1785 by the architect Rinaldi), is dedicated for these purposes - its halls can accommodate a large number of guests. However, the NG correspondent was unable to clarify the conditions for holding such events and the cost of such events: the director of the museum, Vladimir Gusev, who had this information, was unavailable.

“Our status does not allow us to organize any corporate events for the purpose of making a profit,” explains Tatyana Pchelyanskaya, scientific secretary of the State Museum of History of St. Petersburg (Peter and Paul Fortress). – We cannot rent out the territories of the Peter and Paul Fortress that belong to the city property management committee. This is possible only with the permission of the committee, and it gives it in exceptional cases, for example on public holidays.
