WHAT ARE THE FIELD REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES?

Is on-site marriage registration an official procedure?

Legally, “registration of marriage” means making an entry about the event in the Civil Registry Book. After this, the man and woman are officially considered husband and wife, and the marriage is considered valid.

The civil registration book is a very important document, to which a number of strict restrictions apply, one of which is that the book is prohibited from being removed from the walls of the registry office building without the grounds provided for by law. Unofficial exit registration does not apply to them. Therefore, from a legal point of view, it has no legal force.

At the outdoor ceremony, the newlyweds put their signatures on a symbolic certificate. Therefore, an away ceremony does not cancel a visit to the registry office in person, where:

  • The civil servant will carry out all actions provided for by law;
  • Will make and seal the corresponding entry in the Civil Registry Book.

An unofficial outdoor marriage ceremony is a well-prepared, staged wedding ceremony, compiled and executed taking into account all the wishes of the couple, but has no legal force. Does not exclude visiting the registry office!

OFFICIAL EXIT REGISTRATION

It is carried out in strictly permitted places, upon application, at a certain time and with a number of restrictions that need to be clarified in the place where you are going to hold the outdoor ceremony.

UNOFFICIAL EXIT REGISTRATION

Such marriage registration is unofficial and purely symbolic and assumes that at the time of the wedding celebration, you have already signed at the registry office and are legal spouses.
You can sign the day before, a few days BEFORE the wedding, or on the day of the celebration itself. And the ceremony itself is nothing more than a “theatrical show” for organizing a holiday. The entire ceremony is developed individually: the newlyweds themselves choose the host, music, theme of the holiday, etc. Thus, marriage registration takes place without banal actions and acquires appropriate solemnity and romance.

What it is?

If we talk about the legal side, then in Russia the ritual in question has no force; in other words, it is a rehearsed beautiful production with the newlyweds in the lead roles . Another necessary participant is, of course, the receptionist, who can be anyone from a best friend to a professional actor. The lovers pronounce touching vows and sign a symbolic certificate. So if the newlyweds decide to have this type of marriage, then first they will still have to come to the registry office in person and sign, because Russian citizens can officially formalize their relationship only within the walls of a state institution .

  • two passports;
  • statement;
  • receipt of paid state duty;
  • and also a certificate of divorce from a previous marriage, if there was one.

They submit documents online on the State Services website, or by going together to the registry office or the MFC, and this must be done a month before the desired date of registration.

In most cases, those planning an outdoor wedding sign in a non-ceremonial setting, for which any weekday is intended, except Friday. If you want a ceremonial registration, then Saturday and Friday are reserved for this.

Arch

The main attribute of an outdoor ceremony.
The types of arches and the features of their design are described in detail in the article about wedding arches. Attention! A traditional arch or a fashionable screen can be replaced by a gazebo, a fountain or a spreading tree in the park.

Table

To hold the formal part, you will need an elegant but fairly high table (from 90 cm), which will be in harmony with the arch and the overall decor of the event. It can be wooden or metal with beautiful forging elements.

A round or square tabletop looks good. On it will be a pillow with rings, a book or marriage registration form, in which the couple will need to sign, and a certificate.

  • The handmade table can be ordered online. Its cost will vary from 2000 to 5000 rubles. A wider selection of already decorated tables for rent from 1000 rubles per day;
  • You can make a table yourself, but this is a more labor-intensive and not very cheap option. The easiest way is to cut two tabletops of different diameters from plywood or chipboard and fasten them to a wooden “leg” at the top and bottom;

  1. metal-plastic pipe with a diameter of 16 mm, board (15×2.5 cm);
  2. Plastic 5 mm thick, wooden plank (with base 10x10 mm);
  3. Drill with a feather drill with a diameter of 16 mm;
  4. Self-tapping screws;

Stages of work:

  1. Cut the metal-plastic pipe into several pieces 40, 80, 100 cm long;
  2. To prevent it from bending, strengthen the parts by driving a hewn wooden plank inside each;
  3. Cut a small square or hexagon out of plastic that will serve as a candle stand. Using a self-tapping screw, secure it to the tube;
  4. Drill holes on a wooden board at a distance of about 10 cm from each other;
  5. Insert the tubes into these holes;
  6. Can be painted with light paint.

Screens

Instead of an arch, carved openwork screens are sometimes used at outdoor ceremonies. The newlyweds look very tender and romantic against their background.

Vases

Creation stages:

  1. Cut a circle out of cardboard and divide it in half;
  2. On a clean sheet of paper, apply strips of different colors at equal distances from each other;
  3. Place a layer of crepe paper on this sheet and apply glue strictly along the lines;
  4. Repeat the action with several layers of crepe paper;
  5. Place a semicircle of cardboard on this blank and glue it, trim the edges of the crepe paper to the shape of the cardboard;
  6. Glue a second semicircle of cardboard on the opposite side of the workpiece;
  7. Secure the edges of the workpiece with thread;
  8. Glue the halves together with double-sided tape;
  9. Open the ball.
