What should you consider when creating a menu to make the holiday a success?

It will be very good, when inviting guests to your home, to take into account all their taste preferences. There will always be someone who does not eat meat, does not drink sweet carbonated drinks, but will happily eat a piece of fish and a vegetable salad, or drink compote. It’s difficult to please everyone, but you have to try. People do not always not eat this or that treat because of their whim; they may have personal reasons for this (illness, pregnancy), which they do not want and should not talk about. Friends or relatives come to visit to enjoy communication and deliciously prepared food, and not wait for the end of the celebration, suffering from pain in the digestive tract.
