On-site marriage registration is the registration of a marriage outside the walls of the registry office. Field registration of marriage can be carried out both officially and unofficially. Larger tax deduction
Some tax deductions can be issued not only for yourself, but also for your spouse - always an official one. For example, it is allowed to return part of the costs of treatment and the purchase of medicines for the husband or wife, pension contributions or life insurance.
Also, in a marriage, both spouses can receive a tax deduction when purchasing an apartment, even if it is registered in the name of one of them. That is, the payment could be 520 thousand instead of 260. Likewise with mortgage interest.

Two people, even outside of marriage, can buy an apartment in half. In this case, everyone has the right, as an owner, to receive a deduction for their share. With other deductions - no way.
WHAT ARE THE FIELD REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES?
Is on-site marriage registration an official procedure?
Legally, “registration of marriage” means making an entry about the event in the Civil Registry Book. After this, the man and woman are officially considered husband and wife, and the marriage is considered valid.
The civil registration book is a very important document, to which a number of strict restrictions apply, one of which is that the book is prohibited from being removed from the walls of the registry office building without the grounds provided for by law. Unofficial exit registration does not apply to them. Therefore, from a legal point of view, it has no legal force.
At the outdoor ceremony, the newlyweds put their signatures on a symbolic certificate. Therefore, an away ceremony does not cancel a visit to the registry office in person, where:
- The civil servant will carry out all actions provided for by law;
- Will make and seal the corresponding entry in the Civil Registry Book.

UNOFFICIAL EXIT REGISTRATION
Such marriage registration is unofficial and purely symbolic and assumes that at the time of the wedding celebration, you have already signed at the registry office and are legal spouses.
You can sign the day before, a few days BEFORE the wedding, or on the day of the celebration itself. And the ceremony itself is nothing more than a “theatrical show” for organizing a holiday. The entire ceremony is developed individually: the newlyweds themselves choose the host, music, theme of the holiday, etc. Thus, marriage registration takes place without banal actions and acquires appropriate solemnity and romance.
Access to the intensive care unit and to information about the patient’s health
Until recently, it was almost impossible to gain access to intensive care legally.
But in 2022, the Federal Law of May 29, 2022 No. 119-FZ “On Amendments to Articles 14 and 79 of the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation” was adopted, which obliges medical institutions to allow visitors to see seriously ill patients. for patients - with restrictions, of course. And close relatives get the most rights to be around. The spouse is included in this number, but the cohabitant is not. The latter patient is a nobody from a legal point of view, so access may be denied. However, at other stages you may encounter problems. For example, a conclusion on the cause of death is issued only by Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ “On the fundamentals of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation” to close relatives.

How to resolve the issue without registering a marriage
Cohabitants can draw up powers of attorney in advance, which will allow them to find out information about each other’s health. But most likely, simply showing it to the attending physician as a marriage certificate will not work. You will need to write an application addressed to the head physician and wait until it is considered. This will happen within 30 days.

x Some locations, for example, in a city park, square or on the embankment, must be agreed upon with the city district administration and permission for this event must be obtained from them.
x Unpredictability of weather conditions when organizing an outdoor ceremony. You need to think about plan B.
Where and how to pay the application fee
There are three ways:
- through State Services;
- through special terminals;
- at a bank branch.
It is worth considering all these methods in more detail.
Payment through State Services
On January 1, 2017, a payment system was launched through this site. There is a 30% discount. To obtain it you need:
- register on this site;
- apply for the service you are interested in;
- choose a non-cash payment method;
- remit payment;
- print a receipt.
Without a printed receipt, the registry office employee will not accept the application. According to paragraph 3 of Art. 2 FZ-221, the discount is valid until January 1, 2019. Further payment will be made in full.
It is possible to write off funds from bank cards of the VISA/MasterCard/MIR payment systems and from electronic wallets of the Webmoney system. The Yandex Money service is currently not synchronized with this portal.
Using the terminal
Many branches of Sberbank, the MFC and a number of other organizations have special terminals that allow you to pay state fees. To do this you need:
- select the type of service;
- write the name of the payer;
- make payment.
The terminal does not give change. All money that goes beyond the required amount can be transferred to a mobile phone account. The device does not accept banknotes of less than 100 rubles. There is a 10% fee at the time of payment. So, if you deposit 400 rubles, the system commission will be 40 rubles.
Payment at a bank branch
This is probably the easiest way to pay the fee.
In this case you need:
- come to the service office of any bank;
- take a turn;
- provide payment details (most banks already have this data, so you need to say that you need to pay this fee);

WHO HOLD THE OUTDOOR CEREMONY?
It is worth noting that in the case of unofficial on-site registration, the style of the event is set by the newlyweds themselves. There are no frameworks or standards: anyone can read the ceremonial speech and issue the first family document.
In most cases, such ceremonies are conducted by the Registrar/Master of Ceremonies. The ceremony can also be held by:
- Friends, host, professional actor, celebrity or media personality
- Rarely a civil servant of the civil registry office
Cost of a non-celebratory wedding procedure
To register a relationship in this way, you must indicate this in the application. Here the waiting time is 5 weeks. However, you can only apply for marriage in person.
According to current legislation, registration of relationships in a non-celebratory setting is free, since newlyweds do not use the additional services of the Civil Registry Office. You just need to pay the state fee. Its size is 350 rubles.
Only ceremonial registration is carried out at the wedding palace, so it is impossible to register relationships there. There are no other restrictions: a couple can submit an application to any branch anywhere in Russia.
