Such marriage registration is unofficial and purely symbolic and assumes that at the time of the wedding celebration, you have already signed at the registry office and are legal spouses.
You can sign the day before, a few days BEFORE the wedding, or on the day of the celebration itself. And the ceremony itself is nothing more than a “theatrical show” for organizing a holiday. The entire ceremony is developed individually: the newlyweds themselves choose the host, music, theme of the holiday, etc. Thus, marriage registration takes place without banal actions and acquires appropriate solemnity and romance.

Access to the intensive care unit and to information about the patient’s health

Until recently, it was almost impossible to gain access to intensive care legally.
But in 2022, the Federal Law of May 29, 2022 No. 119-FZ “On Amendments to Articles 14 and 79 of the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation” was adopted, which obliges medical institutions to allow visitors to see seriously ill patients. for patients - with restrictions, of course. And close relatives get the most rights to be around. The spouse is included in this number, but the cohabitant is not. On January 1, 2017, a payment system was launched through this site. There is a 30% discount. To obtain it you need:

  • register on this site;
  • apply for the service you are interested in;
  • choose a non-cash payment method;
  • remit payment;
  • print a receipt.

Without a printed receipt, the registry office employee will not accept the application. According to paragraph 3 of Art. 2 FZ-221, the discount is valid until January 1, 2019. Further payment will be made in full.

It is possible to write off funds from bank cards of the VISA/MasterCard/MIR payment systems and from electronic wallets of the Webmoney system. The Yandex Money service is currently not synchronized with this portal.

Using the terminal

Many branches of Sberbank, the MFC and a number of other organizations have special terminals that allow you to pay state fees. To do this you need:

  • select the type of service;
  • write the name of the payer;
  • make payment.

The terminal does not give change. All money that goes beyond the required amount can be transferred to a mobile phone account. The device does not accept banknotes of less than 100 rubles.
