The Tagansky registry office of the capital is located on the lands of the Central Administrative District. Initially it was called Rogozhsko-Simonovsky. Later, this institution was renamed first to the Tagansky Civil Registry Office, and then to Zhdanovsky. The real name of the Civil Registry Office was returned in 1989. A one-story building was originally built especially for the office, where it is located to this day. A complete reconstruction of the building's facade and all premises was carried out in 2007. The estate looks solemn and creates a festive mood. The rooms in the center are also elegant. The decoration in the hall where the wedding ceremony is held looks especially majestic.

The Tagansky registry office in Moscow has a small parking lot where the procession always awaits the end of the ceremony. There is a Sberbank branch nearby, where you can pay the state fee in a matter of minutes. And it's so convenient!

In addition to the huge registration hall, there are three main areas for photo sessions. This is a large columned hall and two more passage halls. They can be used for a short photo session before the official registration. In total, the newlyweds stay in the registry office for about an hour.

Parking

The registry office has its own parking for wedding cars. It is not big, but in my experience, there were always places for the newlyweds to transport. But sometimes there are not enough spaces for guests’ cars; in this case, you can park in paid city parking lots within walking distance.

How to get there on your own

When the photo shoot begins with registration. Personally, I get to the Tagansky registry office on foot from the Marksistskaya metro station, a distance of 850 meters takes 10 minutes. You can also take bus No. 51 and trolleybuses 16, 26, 63 to the “Bolshaya Andronevskaya Street” stop.

The waiting rooms for the celebration are homely and cozy. The rooms are equipped with sofas and large mirrors, generally designed in the classic French art nouveau style. There is also a spacious living room with columns and comfortable upholstered furniture.

History and location

The area in which the registry office is located has changed its name several times. Initially it bore the name of Rogozhsko-Simonovsky, then it was renamed Tagansky, and even later Zhdanovsky. The Civil Registry Office branch was opened on June 1, 1986 and for three years after the opening, it was called Zhdanovsky, after the then name of the district, which was returned to the name Tagansky in 1989, at the same time the Civil Registry Office began to be called Tagansky.

Tagansky district is one of the most beautiful historical districts of Moscow. It contains a large number of monuments, attractions and simply beautiful places. The registry office itself, located in a modern one-story building, fits wonderfully into the atmosphere of the area.

Payment procedure

The state fee for state registration of acts of civil status and the commission of other legally significant actions is paid by the applicant (one of the applicants) before applying for a public service.
Payment of the state fee may be made for the applicant by another person. Another person has no right to demand the return of paid state duty from the budget system of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, state duty is paid through a bank.

The applicant has the right not to present a document confirming payment of the state fee. In this case, the civil registry office independently verifies the fact of payment at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The inspection period is 5 working days.

The decision to provide a public service (acceptance of an application) is made based on the results of the inspection.

The applicant may present a document confirming payment of the state fee on his own initiative. In this case, no verification is carried out, and the service is provided (the application is accepted) on the day of application.

In accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and taking into account the position of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for Moscow, in confirmation of the fact of payment of the state duty, the following can be submitted: receipts, checks (payment orders) with the o, “Executed”, including those printed from online systems banks, as well as checks from bank payment terminals.

If the state fee was paid on the Official website of the Moscow Mayor mos.ru, the fact of payment of the state fee is verified by the civil registry office upon presentation of the SNILS number.
