Civil registry office of the Kirov district in St. Petersburg: telephone numbers, opening hours and photos

The registry office of the Kirovsky district is located near the Kirovsky Zavod metro station.
If you are driving your own car, the Kirovsky District Registry Office will be able to offer you its own, albeit very small, parking around the facade of the building itself. And if there is no space there, you can park on Stachek Ave. Not far from the registry office of the Kirovsky district there is a cozy park named after the victims of the execution on January 9, 1905, a favorite place for walks after the solemn registration of marriage. Its beautiful landscapes and green spaces are perfect for memorable photos and videos of the newlyweds and their guests. And most importantly, you don’t have to go anywhere, because all this beauty is located very close to the registry office of the Kirovsky district of St. Petersburg.

Description and location

Despite the fact that restoration was recently completed at the Kirov Registry Office, two problems remained unresolved: a small parking area and the scarcity of picturesque places for a wedding photo shoot. In front of the Kirov Registry Office building there is a small park area and a flowerbed bearing the symbols of the government agency - two intertwined rings.

The closest place where guests with newlyweds can have a wedding photo shoot is the “9 January” park, and you can park your vehicle on Stachek Avenue (if the wedding procession is too large) or along the facade of the Kirov Registry Office.

Official website of the Civil Registry Office portal

You can visit the official website of the Civil Registry Office of the Leningrad Region by following the link https://kzags.gov.spb.ru/palaces/9.

The Civil Registry Office website offers to use the services of the institution electronically, which will minimize the function of considering existing issues, as well as speed up their implementation. On the official portal, residents of St. Petersburg can also sign up for an electronic queue at an organization, thanks to which they can make an appointment online for the desired date and time, as well as free up the employees of the institution and put an end to long and annoying queues.

Design and photo

In appearance, the Kirov Civil Registry Office is not particularly solemn, but this small nuance is easily compensated for by the interior decoration of the premises. Warm pastel colors, exquisite stucco, many columns, sculptures and chandeliers were used to decorate the halls. The solemn atmosphere of the Kirov Civil Registry Office can be felt even on the threshold of this building. The massive wooden door that greets visitors only emphasizes the importance of the upcoming event.

Having crossed the threshold of the Kirov registry office, you find yourself in the spacious hall of the establishment, on the right side there is a door to one of the guest rooms. Not far from the entrance to the Horseshoe Wedding Palace there is a grand staircase - it is not too wide, but quite comfortable and covered with a beautiful carpet. On the left and right sides there is an entrance to several more guest apartments. The main staircase leads to the second floor, where the ceremony hall and the newlyweds' apartments are located.

The bride and groom's apartments are decorated in light peach tones. This room is decorated with antique-style furniture, beautiful window drapery, and in the heart of the room there is a piano. In this room, not only the bride and groom, but also their witnesses await the start of registration. Here, future spouses can cope with anxiety in a calm atmosphere and prepare for a future important event.

The ceremony hall has become even more magnificent after the latest renovation work. Now in this room there is parquet and carpet on the floor, which matches the color of the walls. The ceiling features exquisite handmade stucco, magnificent chandeliers that create excellent lighting in the room and large windows with elegant drapery.

Furniture in the ceremony hall includes a table for the master of ceremonies, beautiful chairs for guests and a table for the newlyweds, at which they sign the bonds of their marriage.

Location and parking features

Despite the deep restoration carried out quite recently in the Kirov registry office in St. Petersburg, there are still two problems here: the scarcity of places where you can hold a wedding photo shoot, and very little parking.
Traditionally, the newlyweds and their guests take pictures in the Park on January 9, located relatively nearby, and the motorcades have to be parked along the facade of the Kirov Registry Office building (these are, in fact, parking spaces) or on Stachek Avenue - if all the places are already occupied or the motorcade is too large.

Civil registry office layout

Visitors are immediately immersed in the incredibly solemn atmosphere of the newly restored Kirov Registry Office, which continues to be called as such only due to no misunderstanding - even at the massive doors: they are heavy, significant and emphasize the seriousness of the events being registered here.

Entering the spacious hall and turning left, guests of the celebration find themselves directly in the guest room - one of several available here. A few meters from the entrance to the Kirov registry office, the main staircase begins - not very wide, but quite comfortable, covered with magnificent carpet paths. To the right and left of it there are several more guest rooms.

The staircase leads upstairs to the Celebration Hall and the rooms of the bride and groom. Noble pastel colors, antique-style furniture, a piano and elegant draperies on the windows - this is the design of these rooms, where the bride and groom with their witnesses await the start of the celebration and complete the final preparations for it.

The celebration hall, where ceremonies are held, has become even more beautiful after renovation: there is stacked parquet on the floor, a carpet matched to the walls, comfortable chairs for guests. High ceilings with stunningly beautiful stucco, luxurious chandeliers creating very good lighting, large windows with skillful drapery enhance the feeling of celebration and celebration to which so many guests are invited.

In the back of the hall there is a registrar’s desk, almost next to it there is a table where the newlyweds sign in the registration book.
