From the center, measure two to three centimeters in a circle and make a few more holes using cocktail tubes. Carefully cut off the parts of the tubes remaining on the surface with scissors. Remove the tubes from the cake. Use melted chocolate to fill all the holes. It is not recommended to delay this process, as the chocolate hardens after a couple of seconds.

After this, quickly insert a wooden stick into the center and the tubes into the other holes. It is also necessary to pour chocolate into the voids of the tubes. This will allow the base of the upper tier to be firmly fixed. Once the chocolate has set, place the top tier by placing it on a wooden stick. Repeat the procedure for all subsequent tiers.

Cream cheese

The universal cream is suitable for a layer between cake layers, for decorating cakes, and for creating caps on cupcakes. The main ingredient of this recipe is curd cheese, it is quite expensive, so housewives avoid this miracle cream recipe.
