  • hot water - 20 tbsp. l.;
  • heavy cream – 800 g;
  • sour cream 20% – 400 g;
  • liqueur – 10 tbsp. l.;
  • fruits and flowers for decoration.

Preparation:

Initially, you need to prepare a baking pan and parchment paper

There will be 6 large cake layers, which in turn will make up a three-tier cake. Turn on the oven to preheat and begin preparing the tender biscuit dough. Beat eggs with sugar until a white thick mass is obtained, add vanillin and flour, mix very carefully so that the dough does not shrink, add water and vegetable oil to the resulting mass, knead carefully. Pour the dough into the mold and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C. Thus, bake 6 cakes, if possible, bake two of different shapes (then you won’t have to reduce large biscuits to create tiers). Allow the finished cakes to cool, preferably leaving them overnight. In the meantime, you need to start preparing the syrup to soak the cakes. Pour sugar into a saucepan and add water, bring to a boil over low heat, add liqueur and boil a little more (but do not let all the water evaporate, otherwise the impregnation will turn into caramel and the cake will be ruined). The cream can be made not just white and creamy, but you can add food coloring to it, if desired, or use chopped fruits and berries (beat strawberries with cream until smooth, and so on). To prepare the cream, beat the cream with sugar and sour cream until “strong” peaks appear. The cakes must be cut into two parts (if their crusts are closer to brown than chocolate, then you should peel them a little with a knife). Place the first cake layer in the mold so that the cake is even and does not move out. Then coat it with a thick layer of cream - the one that was selected and prepared. Next add a layer of fruit

It can be thinly sliced ​​strawberries, banana or kiwi (everything is chosen to your taste). Carry out all the described steps right down to the last cake layer, covering each layer with a thin layer of cream on top. Let the cake cool slightly and prepare the decoration. There are several options. The first is that the tiered cakes will be generously topped with berries - red and black currants, strawberries, raspberries, peach - and lemon balm leaves, and currant branches can be attached to the sides of the cake and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The second option is to cut out a triangular piece from the entire cake, which is then filled with a flower arrangement.
