- To make colored jelly, dyes need to be added while boiling the gelatin, but in small quantities: if the jelly is too dark, the fruit will be lost. - Place the light sponge cake crust on a plate.
- Spread a layer of cream over it.
- Cover with the second cake layer.
- Grease the second cake layer with cream and distribute the berries evenly over it.
- Cover with the next cake layer and grease it with cream. Spread the cream over the side of the cake.
- Place the chocolate cake in the middle of the white sponge cake.
- Assemble the top tier of the cake in the same order as the bottom.
- Place the cake completely covered with cream in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Cut two strips of parchment paper the length of the circumferences of the first and second tier. The width of the stripes is 2 cm greater than the height of the tiers.
