Civil registry office layout

In 2006, the premises of the Tsaritsyn registration department underwent renovations, and now they look modern and cozy. On the first floor of the building there is a working area of the government agency, and on the second there is a formal area with a ceremonial hall and guest rooms. The guest apartments of the establishment are furnished with modern upholstered furniture, which goes well with marble tiles on the floor and elegant curtains. In this room, ceremony participants can relax and take a few shots for a photo album.

Interior

The ceremony hall is decorated in light colors. The room is decorated with fresh flowers and elegant window drapery. Well-chosen spot lighting and decoration with mirrors visually increase the space of the room. The ceremony hall is designed for 15 guests. The wedding ceremony takes place at a large white table. For a good wedding photo shoot, you should order a master of the art of photography on our website.

The Tsaritsyno Civil Registry Office department is located in the Southern Administrative District in the Tsaritsyno region. Opened in June 1969, this registry office was known as Krasnogvardeisky until renamed in 1992.

The formal hall for the wedding ceremony is decorated with large mirrors, elegant furniture and light windows framed by rich curtains. Under the arches of the hall there is live music performed by a piano, harp and two violins. Any of the six melodies chosen by the newlyweds will accompany the ceremony.

Despite the lack of a buffet hall and the inability to invite a large number of guests, the Tsaritsynsky registry office is popular, and the greatest load falls on the summer months.

Throughout the year, the Tsaritsyn Civil Registry Office registers marriages on Fridays and Saturdays. The electronic reservation system for the date and time of marriage registration allows you to determine the wedding date three months before the scheduled date.

To maintain the reserved period, you must submit an application for marriage on the exact day indicated on the notice.

The official website of the Civil Registration Department for the city of Moscow (pgu.mos.ru) contains all the necessary information on how to correctly reserve the date and time of a wedding using an electronic system.

To feel confident during the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom can familiarize themselves with the procedure and rules for its conduct.

One of the advantages and the most attractive point in the work of the Tsaritsyno Civil Registry Office is the on-site registration of marriage in the State Historical-Architectural, Art and Landscape Museum-Reserve "Tsaritsyno" in the Middle Palace of the imperial residence of Catherine II in the "Opera House".

Weddings in the ancient palace are greeted by the master of ceremonies to the sounds of eighteenth-century music, and solemnly escort the ceremony to the registration hall, which can accommodate up to seventy guests.

A photo session in the Grand Palace or the Bread House will be a pleasant addition to the wedding celebration, and the lady of the court can conduct a theatrical excursion for guests at this time, which is very useful in cloudy or rainy weather.

In good weather, the Tsaritsyno Nature Reserve is considered the best place for a wedding walk, during which you can take a lot of bright pictures and shoot an original wedding video.

You can learn about all the nuances of field registration directly from the Tsaritsyn Civil Registry Office, which operates in the following mode:

  • Working days from Tuesday to Saturday: from 9:00 to 17:30 hours.
  • Lunch: from 14:00 to 15:00 hours.
  • Closed: Sunday, Monday.
  • The fourth Thursday of every month is a closed, sanitary day.

The Tsaritsyn Civil Registry Office registers the following acts of civil status:

  • birth of a baby (including in a ceremonial setting);
  • marriage (including on-site registration at the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve);
  • divorce;
  • adoption;
  • establishing paternity;
  • name changes;

The Tsaritsyno Civil Registry Office, located in the Tsaritsyno district in the south of Moscow, began its work in June 1969 (until 1992 it was called “Krasnogvardeisky”).

It is very loved by Moscow couples due to its favorable location near the Tsaritsyno and Kolomenskoye estates, which are favorite places for wedding walks. Young people are also attracted by the modern and cozy interiors of the two-story building. When submitting an application, please note that most people want to get married in the summer months, as well as on Fridays and Saturdays - on these days marriage is registered in a solemn atmosphere.

At the end of 2015, the Tsaritsyn registry office opened after a major renovation, during which its interior was decorated in a modern style according to a specially developed design project, taking into account the specific layout of the building and the natural light of the premises.

All rooms will delight your eye with warm red, cream and pink tones; there are many mirrors, flower arrangements and other decorative elements.

On the ground floor there is a hall and civil registration offices, equipped with new office equipment and furniture (during the renovation, all the requirements necessary for the highly efficient operation of the department were taken into account). On the second floor there is an office for non-ceremonial marriage registration, a large waiting room, a hall for holding ceremonies, and a video viewing room.

The hall for ceremonies is bright, the table where the newlyweds sign is snow-white. All interior elements are selected with taste, perfectly complement each other and create an atmosphere of solemnity. The combination of overhead artificial and natural side lighting allows you to get colorful wedding photos!

The two-story building of the Tsaritsyn registry office is lined with modern materials, and there is a parking lot next to it.

    We had the painting done on September 18, 2009, somewhere around 11.00 in the Tsaritsyn registry office. This registry office was chosen because it was simply closer to home. Well, for some reason there weren’t that many people at the registry office on the day of filing, although usually there are a lot of people there, and on the day of painting, as usual, there were a lot of people. The application was submitted at the beginning of August, it was submitted simply for the near future and so as not to end up in the post. There were about 30 guests. The staff is quite normal. Of course, there are some shortcomings - the registry office is so-so on the outside, but quite decent on the inside. We ordered music, photos, videos, covers, we don’t remember how much it turned out to be, around 6-8 thousand. There is a machine for paying state fees.

    I don't understand why it was so difficult to apply and why there were so many people there. It’s quite beautiful inside, I kept catching my eye in the mirrors, of which there are many, I’m not used to being able to look like this) Nearby is Tsaritsyno Park. The Tsaritsyn registry office is modest in size, which did not stop us from losing some of the guests there in the crowd; at the last moment everyone was found - it was very crowded.

    We signed at the Tsaritsyn registry office unceremoniously in the winter of 2011 on a weekday. There were no problems applying on a weekday! The ceremony itself, although it takes place without an orchestra, is still quite decent! They congratulated us, exchanged rings, they knew that it was impossible to order a photographer from them at the registry office on such days, and they took my friend with them with a good camera, everything seemed to work out) We had no guests, only a photographer friend. When the application was submitted, we learned that witnesses now do not have to sign anything and that it is possible without them at all.

    The registry office is nice, two-story. The second floor is entirely given over to the newlyweds; there is a large hall, a document submission room and an official registration hall. Lots of mirrors and sofas. In general, the feeling is pleasant.

    The registry office is beautiful and located close to Kolomenskoye and Tsaritsyno parks. We had a wedding photo shoot in Kolomenskoye, so we chose it. to get closer. Everything went quickly, we submitted an application through government services 1.5 months in advance, spent about an hour in the registry office, waited for 40 minutes, 10 minutes for the ceremony and took a little photo after the ceremony.
